Change management strategies

Successful transformation requires a good framework for the project, an impact analysis and the definition of the strategy adapted to the onboarding of the impacted teams. It must be included at every stage of the transformation project, from conception to completion and sustainability.

Team seminars

In a transformation, seminars can be powerful levers for mobilizing and engaging teams, provided they respond to a clearly established need and place teams as actors and not spectators. They can be used to enable a management team to converge on transformation issues and more operational teams to find their role in the transformation. They can also be used to resolve conflicts between teams or individuals, and to strengthen collective motivation.

Leaders and managers coaching

Leading a transformation means setting and maintaining the course while letting go to promote team initiative. This fragile and uncomfortable balance of leadership requires constant perspective. Leaders and managers can sometimes feel lonely to face such challenges. Regular support, through conversations based on their daily problems, can be useful to support the transformation and anchor the right reflexes over time.

Communication

Communication is a decisive element in the onboarding of teams. But it must be proportionate and adapted to each target audience not to become over time-consuming and useless. Good communication is simple in content and form and does not require excessive expenditure of time and money. On the other hand, it relies on managers as relays within the operational teams.

Training

One of the biggest challenges of any transformation is to make it sustainable. For this purpose, it is essential to transfer to hierarchical or functional managers the keys to change management. To be effective, training must play on several grounds: discovery through experiences, connection to the daily problems of the trainees, synthesis of the fundamentals to remember. It must also use tools adapted the audience and environment: digital tools bring great possibilities of interactivity but are not yet adapted to all audiences.
