Some of you asked me what was the meaning of “ITERAD” and its logo.
Regarding the meaning of “ITERAD”:
“iter” is the latin word for “the path” and “ad” is the latin word for “towards”. Because a transformation is always a path towards a new situation or a new step. For those who like to play with words, ITERAD is also:
- In English, the anagram of READ IT because to make it successful, you must be able to read the transformation ; and also the anagram of DARE IT because boldness and courage are necessary in any transformation.
- In Spanish, “iterad” means “repeat!“, because a transformation is always an iterative process.
Regarding the logo, you should see at least 3 elements:
- A chess pawn: because a transformation always requires an onboarding strategy.
- A black keyhole: because a transformation requires opening what is locked.
- A blue character: because men and women are the key to any transformation.
